(2) The reason for the separation layer is that the water vapor encapsulation of the chip surface is generated in the plastic body. It can be seen that temperature and humidity have a major impact on IC packaging production.

The humidity problem caused by various reasons such as water quality and heat source often plagues the normal operation of the program-controlled computer room, computer room and electronic workshop.
