Common Dehumidification Method
First, the method of dehumidification:
1. High-temperature dehumidification method: High-temperature dehumidification mainly uses heating method for baking and dehumidification, such as various electric heating and far-infrared monotonous boxes and ovens. Due to the high operating temperature, the materials composed of organic materials are destroyed, and at the same time, the heat treatment effect on the metal materials is exerted, and the performance of the metal is changed to cause harm. The long-term heating is also unrealistic. Therefore, as a long-term safe storage item, the method of high temperature dehumidification is not selected.
2.Low-temperature dehumidification method: low-temperature dehumidification is mainly the use of refrigeration-type refrigeration dehumidification, the operation principle is that the cooling equipment down the surface temperature of the condenser, so that the water in the air condensation on the condenser, and then drip out. Anyway, the water in the sealed space is discharged to reduce the humidity, which is low temperature dehumidification. Freezing and dehumidification is a dehumidification method that is now useful, safe and economical.
3.Vacuum monotonous approach: use the air in the monotonous cabinet to vacuum to reach the intention to remove water. It consists of a box and a vacuum pump. Due to the vacuum, the requirements for atmospheric pressure and sealing of the box and the box door are very high, and the internal useful space is small compared with the external scale of the box. It can only be completed in a small cabinet. It needs to be decompressed during operation, which is inconvenient and expensive to purchase. The scale of use is small.
4. Moisture-absorbing agent dehumidification method: Generally, silica gel is placed in a sealed container for dehumidification. The defect is that when the moisture absorption agent is full, it needs to be replaced or manually dried and regenerated. The long-lasting protection work is quite complicated; more importantly, because the moisture absorption agent is not easy to accurately predict, the humidity in the container can not be relied upon. The degree of discoloration of the silica gel is well known, so that the moisture absorber cannot be properly replaced in time.
Second, the harm of mold:
1. There are many kinds of molds. They include ascomycetes, algae, and incomplete fungi in the fungi. In the meantime, there are more than 40,000 kinds of invasive effects on industrial materials. The mold conveys mainly on the spores, and the spores are in the form of tiny powders, which are difficult to observe by the naked eye. The spores are ejected from the mold and, due to their small size and light weight, float around the air flow and dust and the movement of the human body and objects. Once you encounter a suitable development environment, you can be grown and multiplied, and it is often said that it is long-lasting.
2, the condition of the product mildew
1) Humidity: The relative humidity of the environment is greater than 60% and the mold can grow. When it is greater than 65% of RH, the growth is accelerated, and when the humidity reaches RH80-95%, it is a high-incidence environment of mold.
2)Temperature: mold mycelium can grow at an ambient temperature of 8 degrees or more, and growth is accelerated above 12 degrees. When the temperature is above 10 degrees and the humidity is above 60%, the mold can cause damage to the article. When the temperature is between 20 and 35 degrees and the humidity is between 75 and 95%, the mold can grow explosively.
3. The onset of metal oxidative corrosion and the oxidative corrosion process of hazardous metals are the process of electrochemical reaction of metal and water caused by moisture and oxygen in the air. Scientific research has shown that the critical value of the relative humidity of the metal oxidized by corrosion is 70% for steel, 60% for copper, 76% for aluminum, 63% for iron and 60% for zinc. The metal is deposited in an environment above this critical value, and the oxidative corrosion rate is accelerated with the addition of the relative humidity value of the air.
