WORKING PRINCIPLE
Type of dehumidification method

Principle of air treatment

Dehumidification principle of air treatment
The system adopts a honeycomb structure dehumidification runner. As shown in the figure, the drive motor rotates the dehumidification runner 8 to 18 times per hour, and continuously repeats the moisture absorption regeneration operation to provide dry air.

2. Cooling and dehumidification principle:
Since the air can hold different moisture at different temperatures and energies, the moisture content in the air decreases as the air temperature decreases. When the outdoor air passes through the fresh air cooler, the air is cooled and cooled by the cold coil. As the temperature decreases, the water vapor in the air gradually condenses and reaches a saturated state. When the dew point of the air continues to decrease, the air is in the middle. 3. Dehumidification principle of adsorption wheel:

When the treatment air passes through the treatment area of the runner, the water vapor therein is adsorbed by the moisture absorption medium in the runner, the water vapor simultaneously undergoes a phase change, and the latent heat is released, and the runner gradually tends to absorb a certain amount of water. Saturated; at this time, the process air becomes dry, hot air due to its own water loss and latent heat release. At the same time, in the regeneration zone, the other air passes through the regenerative heater and becomes high-temperature air (generally 100-140 degrees) and passes through the saturated saturated revolving wheel to evaporate the adsorbed water in the reel. The dehumidification capacity of the runner is restored; at the same time, the regeneration air becomes wet air due to evaporation of water; after that, the humid air is discharged to the outside through the regeneration fan.

The rotor is made of glass fiber and heat-resistant ceramic material as the internal support carrier of the runner, and special moisture-absorbing medium material (such as high-efficiency silica gel). ) and synthesis.
