1. Eliminate static electricity: Paper is prone to static electricity. Workers often have a sense of electric shock and are accompanied by static scenes, especially during dry seasons in autumn and winter. The intensity of static electricity is inextricably linked to the humidity of the environment. Static electricity is most active at 30% relative humidity. The lower the humidity, the more active the static electricity.

2. Prevent elastic deformation: Because the type of paper is different, the rate of swelling and shortening is different.

3. Prevent wrinkles: The reason for the wrinkling of the paper is because it presents a scene such as “ruffled edge” or “tight edge”, so that the paper cannot be flat and stretched, and wrinkles appear when printed. This scene will cause the printer to present a lot of scrap.

4. Dust reduction: The paper powder contained in the paper and the dust contained in the air fly in the dry room, which has a different degree of influence on the quality of the printed product.

5. Simple overprint: the temperature and humidity of the printing environment, when the plastic gravure printing is performed under the conditions of high humidity and low temperature, because the solvent evaporates quickly, the heat around the ink film is absorbed, and the water vapor in the air is rapidly condensed. The outer surface of the printed ink film forms a mist, which causes the ink layer to lose its luster. The temperature and humidity of the printing workshop are important factors affecting the quality of the product.
