Amount of fog
Atomizing accessories under rated working conditions (fixed supply voltage, operating current, ambient temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure, water quality, initial water temperature, atomizing chamber volume, working water level, installation structure and form, air supply volume), water per hour The ability to become fog, in mL/H (ml per hour). Amount of fog
After the atomizing component is fogged in the atomizing chamber of the ultrasonic atomizing device, the actual amount of mist sprayed from the misting pipe is sent by the fan, and the unit is milliliter per hour (mL/H). Under the condition that the fogging amount is fixed, the amount of fogging is closely related to the internal structure of the ultrasonic atomizing device.
Working water level
The vertical distance from the center of the atomizing sheet surface of the atomizing fitting to the horizontal plane, in millimeters (mm). The working water level is an important factor affecting the fogging amount of the atomizing parts.
Optimal working water level
Under rated operating conditions, the atomizing fitting produces a working level of maximum fogging in millimeters (mm). The optimal working water level is different for the atomization fittings with different supply voltage and working current. The optimal working water level is usually used as the key reference value for the design of the water level of the ultrasonic atomizing device.
Foggy height
When the atomizing fitting is in the atomizing operation, the ultrasonic energy axis forms a vertical distance from the highest point of the mist column to the horizontal plane on the water surface, and the unit is millimeter (mm). The fogging height of the atomizing fitting determines the design height of the corresponding ultrasonic atomizing device into a fogging space.
Fog rate
The ratio of the amount of fogging of the atomizing device to the amount of fogging. The fogging rate is usually used to assess the rationality of the design of the fog duct and the airflow direction. This value is generally more than 70%.
Atomization chamber
The water container and the corresponding fogging space during the normal atomization operation of the atomizing accessory directly affect the fogging amount of the ultrasonic atomizing device.
Fogging efficiency
The atomization component consumes the amount of fog generated per unit of power consumption in milliliters per hour (mL/h.W). The higher the fogging efficiency, the more energy efficient the atomizing accessories.
