Constant temperature and humidity air conditioners are not widely used in our daily life, but they are mainly used in places with particularly high environmental requirements. For example, various laboratories have strict requirements on temperature and humidity, and the selection and installation of constant temperature and humidity units is a process. knowledge. The following dehumidifier manufacturers tell you the precautions.
Here are some things to think about and do:
1. Check whether there is a place where the seat unit can be placed in the place where the company needs constant temperature and humidity. If there is, you need to find a mason by yourself to level the ground in the area designated to place the unit.
2. If the company needs to do a place with constant temperature and humidity, there is not enough space for the constant temperature and humidity unit. Then you need to install the ceiling constant temperature and humidity unit. The first thing to consider is whether the ceiling can withstand a weight of several hundred kilograms. This requires the company to find the property to inquire about the load-bearing range of each square meter of the floor. General industrial plants can withstand hundreds of kilograms, which is not a big problem.
3. The selection of the outdoor unit should be in an area that is easy to install, maintain and well ventilated.
Things to keep in mind when starting the installation:
1. The four corners of the constant temperature and humidity unit must be cushioned with shock-absorbing rubber pads, and the thickness of the shock-absorbing rubber pads is about three centimeters. This can reduce the shock propagation when the unit is running.
2. The outdoor fan must be an axial-flow rotor fan, which is not suitable for connecting the air pipe. The outdoor unit must be as close as possible to the indoor unit, so as to reduce the number of elbows for refrigerant pipe transportation.
3. Before installing the indoor unit, check whether the ground is level. If the ground is level, it will be fine, if it is not level, you need to negotiate with the customer. Because the ground level can ensure the uniform force of each fastener of the unit. The external drainage pipe should be connected to the U-shaped water trap first, and ensure that there is a slope of not less than 5% along the direction of the water flow, so as to ensure the smooth discharge of condensed water.
4. The phenolic insulation pipe can be selected for the air duct, which is light and easy to install, and speeds up the construction period. The air duct and the air outlet flange of the unit are softly connected with thick canvas to reduce the vibration transmission of the unit and avoid damage to the air duct due to the vibration of the unit.
5. In all the air supply, at least three 600×600MM air outlets should be kept open. The length of the air supply pipe should be determined according to the residual pressure of the unit, and the number of air supply outlets should be reasonably arranged according to the indoor air flow.
6. If the unit needs to install the return air pipe, the filter screen of the unit must be removed in advance. It is convenient to freely adjust the height of the return air duct, and a section of canvas air duct can also be made to connect with the return style bar.
7. The number of oil traps shall be set every 4.5 meters depending on the height of the indoor and outdoor units.
8. If the designed compressor is equipped with a crankshaft heater, the heater should be heated for more than six hours, otherwise the compressor will be damaged and the life of the compressor will be shortened.
9. If the system of the constant temperature and humidity unit adopts a wet film humidifier, the customer only needs to tell where the nearest available tap water pipeline is, and the installer will directly install it on the humidifier water inlet pipe and adjust the water inlet valve to a suitable position. This is done to avoid excessive water flow.
10. The air conditioner must be grounded to prevent damage caused by insulation failure.
11. All wiring must use terminal blocks or single wires. Direct connection of stranded wires to terminal blocks may cause sparks.
12. Do not let the cables touch the refrigerant pipes and moving parts such as compressors and fans.
13. Do not arbitrarily adjust the internal wiring of the constant temperature and humidity unit. The above are the simple matters to be paid attention to in the installation of constant temperature and humidity air conditioners. These are just some simple descriptions. When you install constant temperature and humidity air conditioners, you must be careful to carry out normal operations. This will not cause damage or loss.
