1. Why does the dehumidifier blow out the hot air?

Answer: The air after the dehumidifier is dehumidified passes through the temperature return element, so the hot air is discharged (no cooling function). This is not a malfunction.

2. Why does the dehumidifier have no water in the tank (small amount of dehumidification)?

A: Is the indoor temperature and humidity too low? When the indoor temperature and humidity are too low, the dehumidification capacity of the machine is reduced. Please confirm the current temperature (in winter, the dry water is low, and the amount of water in the tank is reduced). This is not a malfunction.

3. The dehumidifier does not run (no wind) and stops running?

A: Is the power plug dropped? Plug the power plug into the outlet. Is the air outlet and the air inlet blocked? Remove the items that block the air outlet and the air inlet. Is the water in the water tank full? Pour out the water in the water tank and reinstall it. Is the water tank installed correctly? Reinstall the water tank. Is it in the defrosting operation? After the defrosting operation is finished, normal dehumidification is resumed. Is the machine abnormality detection protection device activated?
