Dehumidifier for Printing Industry

The printing and dyeing process refers to the physical and chemical treatment of various textile materials (fibers, yarns, fabrics) in the production process, including the pre-treatment, dyeing, printing and finishing processes of textile materials, collectively referred to as the printing and dyeing process. There is an important process in the finishing process, namely the high temperature drying and setting process. The process requires strict temperature and humidity (humidity is especially important), humidity is controlled between 50-90 according to different fabrics; temperature is controlled between 150-250 degrees. If the temperature and humidity control is unstable or does not meet the required temperature and humidity of the fabric produced, it will lead to serious quality problems such as uneven texture and shrinkage of the production fabric.

However, most of the current printing and dyeing plants, including most of the printing and dyeing machinery manufacturers, use the equipment to adjust the temperature and humidity in a simple manual adjustment mode. The specific adjustment is controlled by the exhaust fan at the top of the equipment. The exhaust pipe is equipped with a manual regulating valve. When the humidity inside the equipment is too large, the angle of the valve is adjusted to increase the ventilation, thus reducing the humidity inside the equipment, and vice versa. Small adjustment of the angle of the valve, but the fan requires constant rotation. In this way, the operator needs to detect the fabric of the discharge port in real time, and if the operator is negligent, it will cause immeasurable loss. A similar situation has emerged in the printing and dyeing industry!
