Ultrasonic humidifiers and exhaust fan systems generally use negative pressure longitudinal ventilation. The ultrasonic industrial air humidifier is installed on the longitudinal side of the workshop and leaves enough air inlets. The exhaust fan is installed on the opposite side of the workshop. The ultrasonic industrial air humidifier sends the micro-mist into the workshop. At the same time, when the exhaust fan is running, negative pressure is generated in the workshop, so that the external dry and unsaturated air is sucked into the workshop, accelerating the evaporation of water, absorbing a large amount of heat, and reducing the indoor temperature. Then, the workshop is discharged from the side of the exhaust fan. During the operation of the system, the fresh air after cooling is continuously sent to the workshop to improve the indoor environment. Using the system in the hot summer season can reduce the temperature in the workshop by 4-10 °C. The dryer the air, the higher the ambient temperature, and the cooling effect is also obvious.

a. Our ultrasonic humidifiers are controlled automatically.

    1. You can set the RH to be 90% for example. When the humidity reaches 80%, our machine will stop working, when the humidity can not reach 90%, our humidifier will start to work automatically.

   2. It can be controlled by timer. From 1-24 hours.when you set 9 hours for example. The machine will stop working after 9 hours.

b. Digital humidity controller can be randomly set from 1%-99%.Its control precision reaches ±5%
