Large printing companies generally install central air conditioners in the workshop to control the temperature and humidity of the workshop, so that the paper deformation is minimal, the overprinting is accurate, and the ink control is stable. First, high-pressure micro-mist humidifiers commonly found in industrial humidifiers. The principle of the high-pressure micro-mist humidifier is to pressurize the water softened by the precision filtration to a pressure of 30 to 70 bar by a high-pressure plunger pump, and then pressurize the water from the super high pressure copper tube having a diameter of about 10 mm. The microporous nozzle is ejected and atomized into ultrafine water particles having a diameter of about 1 to 15 μm. The ultrafine water particles can absorb heat in the air to increase the humidity of the air and lower the temperature. The humidification effect of the high-pressure micro-mist humidifier is very obvious, the speed is fast, the efficiency is high, and the various shortcomings of the wet film humidifier can be obviously overcome.

Followed by a wet film humidifier, the wet film is mainly made of plant fiber as a substrate, pressed into a corrugated board, and then formed by resin bonding and cross-linking. Such a structure can increase the contact area of the air with the wet film and improve the humidifying ability. However, the wet film humidifier has these problems, and the shop printing operator feels that the humidification speed is slow, the humidification effect is not obvious, and the workshop has a musty smell. Maintenance personnel complained about frequent cleaning and difficulty in adjusting equipment.

Finally, the ultrasonic industrial humidifier. The ultrasonic humidifier uses energy-saving atomization module; intelligent computer control design; safe double water level automatic control, effectively improve the atomization humidification performance of the equipment, so that the atomized particles are controlled at 1~5 microns to achieve the energy-saving goal of atomization and humidification. Suitable relative humidity plays a decisive role in improving product quality, reducing scrap rate, preventing static electricity, eliminating dust, purifying air and improving the environment.
