The industrial humidifier adopts the principle of ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation to atomize water into ultra-fine particles of one to five micrometers, and diffuses the water mist into the air through the air moving device, thereby achieving the purpose of uniformly humidifying the air. The ultrasonic wave of the circuit is transmitted to the surface of the piezoelectric ceramic vibrator. The piezoelectric ceramic vibrator will produce an axial mechanical resonance change. This mechanical resonance change is transmitted to the liquid in contact with it, causing the liquid surface to bulge and empty around the ridge. The shock wave generated by this cavitation will be repeated at the vibration frequency of the vibrator to generate a surface tension wave with a finite amplitude on the liquid surface. The wave head of this tension wave scatters, causing the liquid to atomize while generating a large amount of negative ions.
In the process of using the industrial humidifier, the fog adjustment circuit is implemented in all the humidifier circuits by adjusting the potentiometer (acting as an adjustable resistor) on the panel to adjust the bias of the oscillating tube. The water check circuits are connected in series. In order to ensure that the oscillating tube will not be damaged due to excessive bias, the power supply voltage is supplied to the mist adjustment potentiometer after the resistor divider and an adjustable resistor voltage drop. The adjusted bias voltage is applied to the base of the oscillating tube through the inductive resistor, allowing the oscillating tube to change between the off state and the most oscillating state. Secondly, the strong ultrasonic oscillating electric energy is converted into mechanical energy by the transducer to make the surface water into a water mist, and the water blowing fan blows out the water mist to increase the humidity of the indoor air. Industrial humidifier fans use 220V shaded induction motor fans, but also use 12V instrument fans.
