What are the ways to extend the life of industrial humidifiers?

Industrial humidifier refers to the humidifier system used in industrial fields and central air conditioning. Different from the civil humidifier, the humidification amount is large, the humidity can be fully automatic control, and different large industrial humidifier systems can be used according to different sites. The industrial humidifier can be divided into a central air conditioner humidifier and a commercial humidifier.

Precautions when using:

1. The initial use should be placed at room temperature for half an hour before using it again;

2. The ambient temperature is less than 10-40 degrees;

3. Use clean water with a temperature below 40 degrees;

4. Keep away from other home appliances when the machine is working;

5. Do not add non-professional production lines or supervised additives to the water;

6. Do not place the humidifier on a hollow object to avoid co-frequency resonance noise;

7. Do not switch on in the waterless state.

8. Do not put tap water containing stains, stains, oil stains, acidity, alkaline, etc. into the humidifier for humidification, and always keep the surface of the transducer sheet clean and hygienic;

9. Periodically clean the atomization module and the inner wall of the tank inside the water tank of the humidifier, usually for 2-3 months;

10. When the humidifier system is not used for a long time, the excess water in the water tank should be discharged to prevent the water from soaking the atomization module for a long time, speeding up the aging speed and affecting the service life of the humidifier;

11. When using the machine for a long time, if the problem cannot be solved after the above steps, please replace the transducer or atomization module;

12. Due to the size of the items placed in the factory, the number of machines, the air intake, the exhaust air, the temperature and other factors will affect the indoor humidity. It is recommended to increase the humidification amount according to the situation when selecting the type.

Care and maintenance:

A very important factor in determining the service life of a device is water quality. When the water hardness is high, there will be scale inside the device. The scale itself will affect the atomization amount of the device, and the atomizer component itself will be unfavorable for heat dissipation. And the temperature of the atomizer assembly itself rises, affecting the smooth supply of power, which may cause damage to the atomizer component or damage to the power supply of the device.

Therefore, after using the equipment for a period of time, it is necessary to clean the atomizer assembly and the inner wall of the tank to remove the scale formed by working for a long time. The cleaning cycle varies according to the water quality used. Generally, it is used continuously for several months. , need to check and clean once.

Before cleaning the equipment, first disconnect the power supply, disconnect the water supply interface, open the water discharge switch, drain the water, and take a weak acid solution (for example: water tank descaling agent, toilet bowl, etc.) to wipe the atomizer and fog with a soft fabric. The surface of the sheet is cleaned to the level of no water. After cleaning, it is repeatedly washed with water, and the acid cleaning solution is completely removed to avoid the acid cleaning solution corroding the equipment. When wiping the surface of the atomizing sheet, the force is not too large to prevent the atomizing sheet from being broken.
